Are there any age restrictions for travelling with Go to Star?
Any age is suitable. Our priority is the comfort of you and your children.
Can I travel with my children?
Yes, you can, no matter the age of your children. We will be happy to organise anything you need for your maximum comfort: from any specific conditions during your move and transfer, to the recruitment of staff.
Your groups seem to be quite small – around 10 people. Is it possible to join the tour as a separate group?
Yes, of course! But if you would like more privacy, we would be able to organise the same tour specifically for your group.
Can I find out who I will be travelling with and meet them beforehand?
We respect the confidentiality of our clients. You can meet your group members only through a mutual agreement.
What should be paid for immediately? Is partial payment possible?
If you write to us, we will be able to explain the payment process of every specific tour. Partial payment is also possible.
What if I change my mind last minute, what are the refund terms and conditions?
When signing the contract, we will inform you about the travel cancellation policy. If you do change your mind, we will do our best to return your money to you.
Can I settle into a different hotel or not take part in certain tours with the group?
Of course, you can plan your holiday to fit your personal wishes. We always support the freedom and comfort of our guests.
Is it possible to pay solely for the excursion services or only for the hotel?
Yes, you can join the group for certain parts of the programme and only pay for the part you participated in.
Can I arrive or depart earlier/later?
Of course! You can join the tour at anytime suitable for you. We are also able to organise a transfer or any additional activities during your free time.
Will my personal travel photos be used as advertising on your social media?
Only with your permission and upon your request. As a rule, we do not publish any photos of our guests.
Is there a possibility of a tour transfer?
As a rule, we do not repeat any tour using the same route more than twice. If you have missed the first tour, but would like to join us on the second, we will be happy to see you in our group. If there are no plans for repeating a tour, we will offer you a choice from a number of other travel destinations (the total payment will be credited back to you).
Do you offer individual tours?

Would you be able to find a qualified staff for a rented villa?
We can easily, and with great pleasure, select a qualified staff for you and even your children. If you will require a guide for individual tours around the region, a trainer, or a foreign language tutor, we will find the best of the best.
